Notes re Tank Systems:

If mid mounting, install at least 1.2m above the tank discharge point.

All rainhead diverter options include a 1mm aperture stainless steel screen which ensures mosquitoes and other vermin cannot enter the pipe system to the tank. It is critical that this screen remains in place in rainheads fitted to a ‘wet’ system. Because the pipes are underground and below the entry point to the tank, water remains in the pipes even during periods without rainfall. Mosquitoes can breed in this water unless the insect proof screen is in place.
