It has been a busy time lately in the Contact Centre with the team working toward achieving strong results in the 2014 CRM Awards .
All the hard work has paid off with the team achieving the following awards at the 2014 CRM Awards evening at Skycity Convention Centre.
• GOLD Supreme Award for 2nd overall in New Zealand (less than 50 seats)
• First for The Industry Award for Trade Support Services
• Second for the Web/Email Customer Service Performance in New Zealand
Well done to the contact centre for their impressive results.
